Hi there, and welcome to Happy Snoozers Sleep Consultant! I’m Marina, and I’m absolutely delighted to help you and your family on the journey to better sleep and brighter days. For me, sleep is about so much more than just getting through the night—it’s the foundation for your child’s growth, emotional well-being, and independence. But just as importantly, it’s about you, as parents, finding balance, energy, and the space to enjoy the precious moments of parenthood. I know firsthand how challenging sleepless nights can be, and I want you to know—you’re not alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Caring for children has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Since I was 18 years old, I’ve been dedicated to helping little ones grow, learn, and thrive. My journey began in Spain, where I worked as a nanny, Spanish teacher, and Early Years Practitioner while earning my degree in Early Years Teaching. Those early experiences taught me so much about understanding children’s needs and how vital sleep is for their development. From there, I moved to London, working with families as a nanny and later as a nursery teacher. Along the way, one thing became crystal clear: when children sleep well, everything improves—for them and for their parents.
That realization led me to take the next step in my journey and become a certified Infant Sleep Consultant. I trained with an incredible mentor all the way from New Zealand, and through that process, I deepened my knowledge and gained the tools to help families find the rest they deserve. My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and completely tailored to your family’s unique needs, values, and parenting style. Every family is different, and I believe in listening first—understanding what you’re going through, what your goals are, and what works for you. From there, we’ll create a sleep plan that feels practical, gentle, and, most importantly, doable.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re running on empty. On nights when I haven’t slept well, I’ve found it harder to bring my full energy, patience, and focus to caring for the children I cherish. And if I felt that way after just one tough night, I can only imagine how much more challenging it is for parents who experience this night after night. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping families not only find solutions but feel supported throughout the process. You don’t have to do this alone—I’ll be right here to guide you, cheer you on, and help you troubleshoot along the way.

Following the visit, you’ll receive a customized sleep plan designed to align with your family’s goals and values. To ensure success, the service includes 7 days of follow-up support with guidance and troubleshooting via WhatsApp (available weekdays 8 AM – 8 PM and weekends 11 AM – 4 PM).
